Will have 2-3 direct reports (messaging engineer, mobility analyst). Telecom is Cisco VOIP and is outsourced. Networking is in house, Cisco. Individual who grew up in Networking and VOIP, who knows all technology in job description but now a strong manager. This role requires a blend of technical and supervisory skill sets. This position is a hands-on technical manager and also handles architecture, technical problem resolution and event management. Must know and be experienced in the networking technology listed below qualifications.
